Anxiety doesn’t just live in your thoughts — it lives in your nervous system stuck in past rough events and in your body. Many traditional approaches to anxiety focus on the mind alone. But we cannot force a survival state to change through willpower alone. If your body feels unsafe or on high alert, no amount of mental reasoning will fully calm you.

Experiencing anxiety tells that you are stuck in sympathetic activation  in the flight mode where avoidance or controlling things seem like only feasible options.

With my help, you learn to discharge that stuck energy from your body and come back to regulation and present moment instead of future catastrophizing. Most importantly, you will befriend your anxious part instead of trying to push it away. This is where the magic happens!

How is My Anxiety Coaching like?

​​You learn simple, quick practices to discharge flight energy and tension from your body. With the help of movement, sounds and breath work, you can come back to calm and grounded energy.

I will always include cognitive and emotional layers of anxiety in my coaching so that you get a comprehensive understanding where all this anxiety stems from and can achieve lasting results that target the root causes as well.

In this, I rely also on my therapeutic background and understanding of traumas, parts work and neuroplasticity.​​
